Our team can assist you to stay engaged with your community, friends or family. Maintaining your social connections and to be as active as you would like to be.
Our staff can assist with meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation, ensuring you have nutritious and delicious meals. Often working alongside your dietician or GP.
Our team can facilitate in home or away from home respite services. Its important that your carers receive some down time whilst knowing that you have trusted support in place.
Taking care of your home and garden can be overwhelming. Our team can take the hassle out of those troublesome tasks or to maintain your property how you like it.
Our support workers priority is to make sure your at your best and provide services that are appropriate to you to maintain your independence and overall health.

My Support Team is a boutique NDIS provider. We focus on quality of support rather than numbers of clients. Our participants think of us as part of their extended family.
Our team has extensive experience supporting clients with rhett syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, spasticity quadriplegia, FND, down syndrome, early onset dementia, ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, intellectual impairment, myotonic dystrophy, bowel care, catheter care, medication assist, non verbal communication - AAC/FC, midazolam training, proprioception, assistant in nursing-AIN, sleep apnoea, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, FAS and manual handling.
Our staff only work within their training and scope of role.
All My Support Team employees are carefully screened, background checked, and trained to provide high-quality care that meets our clients' unique needs. Our staff have completed all required training modules, WWCC, current first aid/cpr, drivers license, NDIS worker screening, national police check and have regular performance appraisals. We welcome any feedback about our team.
We take your confidentiality seriously and use a reputable health care cloud based system which our team use to facilitate your supports. At no time do we share your information without your consent.
As we are an employer we adhere to the SCHADS award. As such we can only provide a minimum service of 2 hours. You can utilise My Support Team for a single shift, emergency coverage or to implement full 24/7 supports. Talk to us about your specific needs.
No, you have choice and control of the supports you receive. We can work in with your existing team or provide all of your supports. Our experience has shown that provided there is central communication within a team , better service outcomes will be delivered.
As a registered NDIS provider we adhere to the NDIS code of conduct and NDIS practice standards.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. However we only charge in the event that we cannot redeploy a staff member to another participant.
Illness can strike with very little warning and we encourage our staff to not attend work whilst unwell to avoid transmitting any infections or viruses. As such this can make planning for the unexpected difficult. We will always attempt to have an alternative staff member available should your usual support worker be unavailable. We also work with other providers on a sub contract basis for emergency shift coverage.
No, you dont have to share this with us if you choose not to. It is important for us to know what your goals are so that we can align our supports to help you achieve them.
